NPA, CRN: USPSTF’s vitamin D, calcium advice could be harmful to women at risk of fractures
Controversial new recommendations from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) for vitamin D and calcium could create confusion among consumers and 'compromise their bone health', say the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) and the Natural Products Association (NPA).
